A contract setting the general legal and commercial terms for a services relationship, often across multiple projects or purchases. Separate SOWs or order forms can define individual engagements. The documents should identify how they fit together and which terms control if they conflict.

Warranty Disclaimer
A provision excluding or limiting specified warranties about goods, services, or performance. Applicable law may require particular language, conspicuousness, or other conditions, and some protections cannot be disclaimed. A disclaimer should be coordinated with express promises rather than assume that broad boilerplate overrides everything said elsewhere.
